1. Eligibility
The Tipsy Irish Whiskey & Kelly’s Irish Pub Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Tipsy Irish Whiskey, Kelly’s Irish Pub, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) or household members are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Sponsor
This Giveaway is sponsored by Tipsy Irish Whiskey and Kelly’s Irish Pub located at 519 West Oltorf Street, Austin, TX 78704.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway takes place between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM every Tuesday throughout the year, beginning on 3/25/2025 and ending on 12/9/2025. Entries must be submitted during these times to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter during the Entry Period:
a. With a Tab: Automatically enter by closing a tab at Kelly’s Irish Pub during the Entry Period (7:00 PM - 9:00 PM).
b. Without a Tab: Request an entry from the bartender during the Entry Period, no purchase necessary.Limit one (1) entry per person per Tuesday. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Participants must be present in the bar to spin the prize wheel if selected.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries collected between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM each Tuesday. Selected winners will spin the prize wheel to determine their prize.
The first five (5) players to land on Round Trip Flight to Ireland segment, will have their name entered into a secondary raffle to be held at the end of the year.
Only one (1) person will win the Trip to Ireland. The secondary raffle for the Round Trip Ticket to Ireland will occur on 12/13/2025. The winner of the secondary raffle will be notified via email and must claim their prize within 7 days.
Winners must be present at Kelly’s Irish Pub at the time of the initial drawing and spin to claim their prize. If a winner is not present, an alternate winner may be selected at the discretion of the Sponsor.The Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Giveaway are final and binding.
6. Prizes
Prizes will be determined by the spin of the prize wheel and may include:
Grand Prize: A round-trip ticket to Ireland (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $700)
The Grand Prize includes one round-trip economy class airfare ticket for one (1) person to Dublin, Ireland, from a major airport in the United States.Selection of airline, seat locations, flight dates, and other travel arrangements are solely within the Sponsor’s discretion.The Grand Prize will be awarded to the winner of the secondary raffle held at the end of the year. Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The winner is responsible for any expenses not explicitly included, including but not limited to transportation to and from the departure airport, meals, and personal expenses.
7. Publicity Release
By participating, entrants agree that the Sponsor and its affiliates may use the entrant’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Tipsy Irish Whiskey & Kelly’s Irish Pub, their affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims or causes of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
9. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. The Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
10. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
